As one of the global players in the automotive industry, Eldor Türkiye launched a long-term internal communication program to increase employee engagement and strengthen a positive corporate culture. Within an organization of more than 3,500 employees, this development process—carried out with the active involvement of leaders—included a wide range of practices such as team coaching, mentoring programs, and workshops. To support this transformation with strong internal communication, the “We Are the Key” internal branding concept was developed. At the core of the project lies the idea that every employee is a “key” shaping the future of the organization. Built around this metaphor, the visual language communicates themes of leadership, togetherness, and potential in a simple yet impactful way. Serving as a strong example for organizations aiming to make positive cultural transformation visible, boost employee motivation, and strengthen employer brand perception from within, this project demonstrates the strategic power of internal communication design. |
