We brought Desay’s customer satisfaction–centered approach to life through the concept of the “Smiling Customer Principle.” In this visual, created using VitrA products, the sink form is transformed into a smile metaphor, communicating the brand’s sincere and trust-inspiring service approach in a simple yet powerful way. The work emphasizes the warmth of human relationships in commerce and the value of bonds built through face-to-face interaction.
