Operating in the sulfur industry and rapidly growing to become a recognized player in global markets, Baymineral wanted this progress to be reflected in its brand perception as well. As one of Turkey’s fastest-growing companies, the brand set out to reposition its identity in line with its expanding influence.

While creating the new visual identity, we developed not just a logo, but a holistic meaning framework that defines Baymineral’s role and impact. Starting from the fact that sulfur—simple yet transformative by nature—touches every aspect of life, from agriculture and food to cleaning and health, we built the brand narrative around the concept of transformation. This perspective was further enriched by a metaphor rooted in the history of alchemy: transformation itself.

The form language used in the new logo conveys the message that Baymineral is no longer merely a supplier, but an initiator of transformation. In line with this vision, the brand’s new motto clearly expresses this stance: “Where Transformation Begins.”
